What’s your position at MemberSuite?
I am a Product Manager with the Engineering/Product team. My role's main responsibilities are to manage the life of an idea from concept to production and to set the long-term vision for our product.
Where are you from?
I’m born and raised in Atlanta.
How did you get into product management?
Once I graduated from the University of Georgia, I moved to Korea to teach English. After spending a little over a year in Korea, I moved back to Atlanta. In Atlanta, I started playing in several different soccer leagues. On one of those teams, I met the Human and Resources Director of MemberSuite at the time. This is how my story begins at MemberSuite. I initially started out as a Product Specialist and worked my way up to be a Product Manager.
What should we know about you?
Me and my wife are very passionate about our city and our sports teams. I know it’s tough being an Atlanta fan, but we love our city and are proud of where we are from. I also enjoy spending time with our two adopted pups and traveling the world. Before starting at MemberSuite, I got to spend some time training Muay Thai in Thailand.
What is one of your hobbies?
Not only do I love watching sports, I love to play sports as well. I spent most of my life playing soccer and continue to do so.
What is your favorite project you’ve worked on at MemberSuite?
I have been a part of several projects at MemberSuite, but my favorite has to be working on the Mobile Responsive Portal. This project has allowed me to apply all the knowledge I learned from our customers directly to the product.
What is the best part of working at MemberSuite?
The best part about working at MemberSuite is the team. I have never been a part of a team where every single person is passionate about the job and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. I am proud to be a member of this team.
Anything else you'd like to share?
My wife and I have been married for close to five years and have been dating since high school. We love to travel and try to plan a trip every year around our anniversary date. This year, we will be going to San Diego. Most of our trips either revolve around food or spending time outdoors.
