What’s your position at MemberSuite?
I am a Product Manager under the Product/Engineering team at MemberSuite. My job is to help evolve our software offering to continue delivering valuable and beneficial tools for our customers.
Where are you from?
I am a West Coast girl. I grew up in California, later moved to Arizona, and have been in Georgia ever since I began my undergrad at the University of Georgia. I have been here for over 10 years now, is it weird that I still don’t consider myself a Georgian?
How did you get into product management?
I started out in the customer experience (CX) consulting arena, and I realized how much I loved improving the experience for customers in all channels. A couple years in, I shifted into product management in the healthcare industry, and the rest is history!
What should we know about you?
I am a serious (pescatarian) foodie. It may sound a little crazy, but my friends and coworkers from previous companies are always asking me about restaurants to try no matter what part of the country they visit.
What is one of your hobbies?
I love traveling. My best friend and I took a 3-week road trip from Georgia all the way to Arizona to see my parents. We stopped to meet some friends along the way, hiked across several mountains, and had some amazing food in the most random cities. Would you believe me if I said one of the best pho I’ve ever had was in Oklahoma City? I also took my first solo international trip this year to Australia, and it was probably the most memorable trip of my life - I have a bug bite to prove it!
What is your favorite project you’ve worked on at MemberSuite?
I don’t have a favorite, since I love what I do at MemberSuite, but the project I am currently focusing on is an exciting augmentation of the CRM / Prospects module.
What is the best part of working at MemberSuite?
Hands down, the people I get to work with. We have such a dedicated and talented group of people - it’s amazing to see how we mesh so well. From the moment I started working here, I knew that I could always count on my team to be there for me when I need them.
