What’s your position at MemberSuite?
I am a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at MemberSuite. My objective is to cultivate and manage customer relationships, ensure customer success, coordinate resources internally to help create solutions to assist our customers or resolve issues in the product, assist in educating customers of updates to our products/services to help them leverage and maximize their investment, and build adoption across their organization.
Where are you from?
I was born and raised in Virginia. Even though our headquarters are in Atlanta, Georgia, I'm still located here and work remote from my home office in Reston - serving our Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia customers.
How did you get into customer success?
I started in member services at the Advisory Board/CEB serving healthcare clients, and then moved to a software tech company called Blackboard. After that, I took a break to raise my kids. Four years ago, I decided to get back into Sales and Account Management and worked at Personify and Abila before joining MemberSuite.

What is one of your hobbies?
Sand volleyball - I started recreationally about eight years ago and love playing with friends once a week.

Our fun hard-working team that is passionate about our product, making customers happy and reaching our goals.
