Natalie Cheney started at MemberSuite in 2013 as Chief Operating Officer. She worked with customers in the early days, and by implementing the right processes, she has succeeded in growing MemberSuite’s customer base from 10 to over 140. In 2015, she focused her attention on Sales, Marketing and Business Development, and Customer Success as Chief Revenue Officer. Natalie is a seasoned software veteran with 20 years of operational experience with a specialty in leading organizations through phases of rapid growth.
Mike brings 20 years of technology experience with him which includes 10 plus years of CRM/ERP experience. He helped AutoTrader.com grow from $93M to $500M in his five year tenure. Mike was instrumental in the growth of WebMD.com. His most recent journey for 5 years was helping re-platform a privately held Enterprise Mobile Software company in Atlanta.
Jeff brings extensive leadership experience from high growth venture backed technology and healthcare companies, managing financial, accounting, and sales operations teams. He received his undergraduate degree from Mercer University and MBA with focus in finance from Georgia State University.
Shaun brings more than 20 years of marketing and demand generation experience to MemberSuite with 15 of those years focused specifically on business-to-business marketing for technology companies. Prior to joining MemberSuite, Shaun held roles as Senior Director of Marketing at Simeio Solutions (a managed services company providing identity and access management solutions) and Director of Global Demand Generation at Tangoe (a provider of managed mobility and IT expense management solutions).
Jeff has been leading teams for nearly two decades with companies such as John Deere, FTD, Constellation Software, and VersionOne. In his various leadership roles spanning product support, professional services, and M&A integration, his focus has always been around building and integrating great teams.
Matt has 22 years of commercial, public sector, and international enterprise sales and senior management experience. During this time Matt led organizations as an innovator in the design, development, marketing, selling and implementation of strategic business information solutions. Matt joined MemberSuite as VP Sales and Business to lead sales for the company’s flagship SaaS solution.
Matt previously spent three years at Numera as SVP Sales and Business Development to manage all revenue generation activity, to help steer the transition to more specific healthcare solution offerings and to position the company for an upcoming capital event. In June of 2015 Numera was acquired by Nortek Security & Control where Matt was named VP, Sales for the Health & Wellness organization.
Prior to Numera Matt was with Microsoft for 15 years and served in various leadership roles for the Enterprise & Partner Group including Enterprise Sales Manager, Industry Managing Director, Industry Solution Director, Regional Director APAC and Greater China, and GM for Healthcare Professional Services, Americas.
Stacie has over 20 years of progressive Human Resources experience in the services industry including, insurance and healthcare along with hi-tech. Stacie’s career has been dedicated to developing and aligning Human Resources strategies to support organizational objectives while delivering on business priorities. She received her undergraduate degree in Business from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and MS in Human Resources Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
