Andrew Ryan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MemberSuite and is a passionate entrepreneur and software innovator. An association veteran, Andrew started his career as the Director of IT at the National Society of Black Engineers where he developed his first Association Management Software platform. Later, he consulted for multiple associations and served as a software architecture consultant in the for profit space including Isovia, Northrup Grumman, and Bloomberg LP. During this time, Andrew identified a need for modern and affordable management solutions for the non-profit space, associations specifically. In 2010, he founded MemberSuite, a modern Association Management Software provider. Andrew holds a degree in Computer Science from MIT.

Jim has an extremely diverse background with hands-on experience in many disciplines related to Information Technology. He has over 20 years professional experience including 15 working with Associations and other non-profits. It was through this experience that Jim would recognize an opportunity to use emergent cloud technology to solve the unique challenges faced by these organizations. After meeting Andrew Ryan and hearing his vision for a modern and affordable management solution for associations and non-profits, Jim helped develop the technology platform that would then launch MemberSuite.

Jeff brings extensive leadership experience from high growth venture backed technology and healthcare companies, managing financial, accounting, and sales operations teams. He received his undergraduate degree from Mercer University and MBA with focus in finance from Georgia State University.

Prior to joining MemberSuite, Conrad was the VP Product Management & Engineering for magicJACK for Business, where he built the product and management team from the ground up for a new business subsidiary. Before that, Conrad cut his Product Management teeth at Bazaarvoice where he began his PM career as a Technical Product Manager. At Bazaarvoice he was responsible for changing the delivery model from an agency-based delivery model to a more focused self-service model. Conrad led the Network team at Bazaarvoice focused on creating products that connected brands like P&G, Unilever and Nestle to retail customers at Walmart.com, BestBuy.com and Target.com.
Before transitioning to Product Management Conrad practiced Computer Science and built telecom billing systems, Hotel and Cruise reservation systems and Aircraft management systems for USWest, Carlson Hospitality, American Airlines and US Airways. He still tinkers with new languages and always has a passion project or two to keep him busy on the weekends.
Conrad holds Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. When not spending time with customers, Conrad enjoys drumming, photography, video, really geeky projects with Raspberry Pi and cranking 180 gram vinyl with his family.

Leeann has been in marketing leadership roles for cloud-based, B2B companies for 15+ years. Her passion is helping scale high-growth businesses that deliver mission critical software to organizations of all sizes. Prior to joining MemberSuite, Leeann served as VP of Marketing for Cloud Sherpas' multi-million dollar global Google business unit and Director of Demand Generation for leading agile software company VersionOne.

Matt has 22 years of commercial, public sector, and international enterprise sales and senior management experience. During this time Matt led organizations as an innovator in the design, development, marketing, selling and implementation of strategic business information solutions. Matt joined MemberSuite as VP Sales and Business to lead sales for the company’s flagship SaaS solution.
Matt previously spent three years at Numera as SVP Sales and Business Development to manage all revenue generation activity, to help steer the transition to more specific healthcare solution offerings and to position the company for an upcoming capital event. In June of 2015 Numera was acquired by Nortek Security & Control where Matt was named VP, Sales for the Health & Wellness organization.
Prior to Numera Matt was with Microsoft for 15 years and served in various leadership roles for the Enterprise & Partner Group including Enterprise Sales Manager, Industry Managing Director, Industry Solution Director, Regional Director APAC and Greater China, and GM for Healthcare Professional Services, Americas.

Rajan has over 20 years of experience in leading Customer Success and Professional Services organizations delivering software solutions and services to a wide variety of industries. Rajan has a diverse background in technology and a keen understanding of various business verticals that allow him to use a consultative approach enabling customers to get the most out of technology. As a recent addition to the MemberSuite Executive team, Rajan aims to create a culture of listening and of a trusted advisor for our customers.
