Underwood brings to MemberSuite nearly 30 years of experience in growing digital businesses, leading sales, marketing, operational and technology teams, and driving online product development.

Underwood, who will oversee multi-level business functions and manage MemberSuite’s operational performance, previously served as COO and CIO of Naylor Association Solutions, a business services, digital solutions and advertising company. His portfolio also includes executive roles at Thomson Reuters and WebMD, where he spearheaded digital strategy and led several successful acquisition efforts.
